Goods will be despatched subject to availability within 2 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Expected delivery times from despatch date, though not guaranteed, are as follows:

Ireland and Great Britain: 5-7 working days
On rare occasions due to demand, goods may be temporarily out of stock. In this case we will email you with the expected delivery time and you will be given the option to cancel if this is not satisfactory to you .

Payment by PayPal

Customers in Eire who would prefer to pay for their order by cheque or postal order can do so by phoning in their order or filling up their cart and entering their contact details and typing in the comments box 'CHEQUE'. After you have pressed the next key you order will be sent to us. Do not click the paypal link. We will email you back to confirm availabilty and total price. Your order will be held for 7 days. and will be despatched to you on receipt of payment.

Returns

We will accept returns for all goods listed on the website up to 7 days after despatch provided the goods are still in marketable condition. Just notify us within 7 days of despatch by e-mail about any problem and confirm that the goods have been returned supplying details of the courier method used. Please be sure to include your name, address, order number and receipt with the returned goods and we will credit your account when the goods are received.

The delivery charges will not be refunded to you unless we are at fault. The cost of goods which are ordered in specially for you will not be refunded unless they are faulty.

We supply a wide range of books suitable for most readers and will endeavour to give information on content which may potentially offend someone. The age categories on our books are only a guide.
